Charlette Thames, M.S., LPC, NCC, is a Licensed Professional Counselor, National Certified Counselor, and VA Social Science Specialist specializing in trauma-informed care, suicide prevention, and crisis intervention.
Recognizing the gap between teaching wellness and practicing it, Charlette turned to candle making during the pandemic as a personal therapeutic outlet.
That creative spark led her to found Therapy With Me Candle Company®, a wellness brand blending mental health advocacy with handcrafted products and workshops designed to nurture the mind, body, and soul.

Starting as a home-grown, Atlanta Metro business before making its official market debut at Ponce City Market in 2021, Therapy With Me Candle Company® has spent years illuminating Georgia, popping up at iconic local spots like the Suwanee Wine Festival, The Battery Atlanta, Krog Street Market, Marietta Square, and Atlantic Station.
