Charlette Thames, Founder of Therapy With Me Candle Co®, is a Social Science Specialist, Clinical Mental Health Counselor, and proud member of the American Counseling Association.

With a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Charlette has dedicated her career to supporting veterans, families, and individuals through therapy, crisis intervention, and mental wellness programs.

Inspired by her work in mental health, Charlette created Therapy With Me Candle Company to merge self-care with mindfulness. Her hand-crafted luxury candles are designed to inspire relaxation, emotional healing, and to help others prioritize their well-being while savoring life’s simple joys.
