How to use
- Body Butters & Hand Creams: Massage a small amount into clean, dry skin—focusing on rough spots like elbows and hands, or work through a beard as a conditioning treatment.
- Room Sprays: Shake lightly and mist two to three spritzes into the center of your space or onto linens to instantly refresh the room.
- Candles: Trim the wood wick to 1/4" before lighting and allow the wax pool to melt completely to the edges on your first burn to prevent tunneling.

Are your products organic / natural?
Our products combine the power of naturally occurring and advanced science ingredients that are simple to use, highly effective, non-toxic, non-irritating, and absolutely cruelty-free. We do not use aggressive, irritating ingredients. Beyond this, we do not like labels such as ‘organic,’ ‘natural’ or ‘clean,’ which have no consistent definition and tell you nothing about a product’s safety or efficacy. We are committed to bringing you the very best ingredient science and being certified “organic” does not always yield the best ingredient.
Do your products contain fragrance?
Generally not, but with limited exceptions such as our candles. “Fragrance,” when used in our products like the ANTI-AGING BODY CREAM, is selected for its pleasant scent but also for its proven tolerability. Most fragrances contain allergic substances, or “allergens”: if present, it is compulsory to state this on the label, even if the percentage contained is minimal. Where possible, we tend to use fragrances which do not contain allergens and which should therefore give rise to fewer problems. When fragrance is present in a our product, is indicated in the list of ingredients as PARFUM or FRAGRANCE.
How do I care for my candle to maximize its life?
Trim the wick to ¼ inch before each use, avoid burning for more than 4 hours at a time, and place the candle in a draft-free area.
How long do your candles burn?
Our candles typically burn for 10-80+ hours, depending on size, when properly maintained with trimmed wicks but you should burn them no more than 2.5 hours as the wick will began to mushroom and not burn the wax properly creating soot.
Are scented candles safe and environmentally friendly?
Therapy With Me Candle Co® crafts candles from coconut apricot soy wax, which is free of harmful chemicals like parabens and phthalates. These candles are safe to burn around children and pets, and they are allergy-friendly due to the clean, non-toxic ingredients used.
Why do candles produce soot or smoke?
Soot forms when wicks are too long or candles are placed in drafts. Trim the wick to ¼ inch before each use and keep candles in a draft-free area for a cleaner burn. Burning for more than 2.5 hours also causes the candle wick to mushroom and produce soot.
