SECTION 2 — IN-STORE & CLASS POLICIES (WORKSHOPS & CANDLE MAKING)

By registering for, attending, or participating in candle-making classes, workshops, or any events hosted by Therapy With Me Candles (in-store or off-site), you expressly agree to the following safety and conduct guidelines:

1. Rule Adherence: Participants must follow all verbal and written instructions provided by staff members at all times. Failure to follow staff directions or safety rules may result in immediate removal from the class/store without a refund.

2. Safety & Protective Gear: Candle making and crafting classes involve working with hot wax, high temperatures, glass, fragrance oils, heat guns, and specialized equipment. You agree to exercise caution, follow safety procedures, and wear any required protective gear provided.

3. Conduct: We maintain a respectful, safe, and positive environment. Distructive, dangerous, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

SECTION 3 — EQUIPMENT USE, MISUSE, AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Hot wax, heating tools, machinery, and craft equipment can cause injury, burns, or property damage if handled improperly.

• Misuse of Equipment: Therapy With Me Candles, its owners, employees, and instructors are not liable for any injury, burns, skin reactions, property damage, or personal loss resulting from the misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized operation of any equipment, tools, hot wax, or materials provided during classes or sold in our store.

• No Legal Action: By using our equipment or participating in our classes, you expressly agree that you cannot and will not take legal action, file claims, or seek monetary damages against Therapy With Me Candles (or its owners, staff, and affiliates) for any accidents, injuries, or damages resulting from the misuse of equipment, failure to follow instructions, or inherent risks associated with crafting and candle-making activities. You assume full personal responsibility for your safety and participation.
